BLACKWOOD-009 143 NY-SC-9JD-BLACKWOOD IV.A-M Trial Practice Rules Counsel shall ascertain the availability of all witnesses and subpoenaed documents before trial. All counsel shall meet with the assigned Official Stenographer to pre-mark all exhibits for identification. If argument on an objection is necessary, counsel shall ask permission to approach the bench for a sidebar.
