BLACKWOOD-002 143 NY-SC-9JD-BLACKWOOD I.B Settlements and Discontinuances If an action is settled, discontinued, or otherwise disposed of in any manner by the parties, counsel and self-represented parties shall immediately inform the Court by letter or email to the Part Clerks and Principal Law Clerk.
