ARP45-II-C 175 NY-COMDIV-RATHOD-PATEL II.C Requests to Adjourn a Motion Adjournments of motions are governed by Commercial Division Rule 16(c). Requests for adjournment of a dispositive motion shall be made in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the return date on notice to the other parties and filed on NYSCEF.
