Thomas Quiñones 167 NY-SC-9JD-QUINONES II.B Compliance Conferences Compliance conferences shall be conducted by the Principal Court Attorney or the assigned court attorney (C.A.R.) who shall monitor the progress of discovery to completion. Requests for modifications to discovery schedules shall be raised and addressed at the compliance conference.
