Any opposing party shall serve its answering response pursuant to CPLR § 3101(d) within 60 days after the filing of the Note of Issue. The statutory stay for disclosure [CPLR § 3214(b)] upon the service of a dispositive motion under CPLR § 3211 shall not apply to the service of these expert responses.
