At this virtual conference, the Court will set a schedule for motions in limine which will be fully submitted one month prior to the Pre-Trial Conference. Counsel attending the Settlement Conference must be fully familiar with the action and authorized to discuss all factual and legal issues presented by the litigation, settlement demands or offers, witness scheduling, and trial procedure. Blackwood, A.J.S.C. 143 NY-SC-9JD-BLACKWOOD IV.A-M Trial Practice Rules Counsel shall ascertain the availability of all witnesses and subpoenaed documents before trial. All counsel shall meet with the assigned Official Stenographer to pre-mark all exhibits for identification. If argument on an objection is necessary, counsel shall ask permission to approach the bench for a sidebar.
