Wilkofsky) 87 NY-SC-1JD-WILKOFSKY Conferences – Settlement Conferences Settlement Conference Requirements Settlement Conferences (SC): WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS. SCs shall be scheduled by the Court on a case-by-case basis ONLY where the parties are seriously ready and willing to resolve their issues. Prior to the SC, the parties are to engage in meaningful settlement discussions.
