The fully executed stipulation must be submitted to the Part Clerk no later than two (2) business days prior to the calendar date and time via email at QSCPART11@nycourts.gov. Applications for adjournments made less than two (2) business days prior to the scheduled date will be denied, except for medical emergency or other exigent circumstance.
