Maritza Fugaro, J.F.C., Westchester County Family Court, Part 5 156 NY-FC-9JD-FUGARO COMMUNICATION Communication with the Court Ex-parte communications to the Court are prohibited. Unless directed otherwise, all communications with the Part shall be made in writing by email to emulvane@nycourts.gov and pjsulliv@nycourts.gov.
