Without prior court approval, any failure to appear may be considered a default pursuant to 22 NYCRR 202.27. Requests to adjourn must be emailed to SFC-Part21@nycourts.gov and to the opposing parties' counsel, no later than two (2) business days before the scheduled conference. The request must include a reason for the adjournment. Consent adjournment: attach a stipulation of adjournment to the email request.
