Clerkin, J.S.C. 169 NY-SC-9JD-CLERKIN V.B Adjournments A request to adjourn a conference must be made in writing by email to the Court Attorney-Referee and by letter uploaded to NYSCEF at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled conference. Adjournments of conferences shall be granted upon a showing of good cause. An adjournment of a conference will not extend any deadline ordered by the Court unless otherwise directed by the Court.
