Marx, J.S.C. 158 NY-SC-9JD-MARX II.D Preliminary Conference The Court will schedule an in-person Preliminary Conference within 45 days after a Request for Judicial Intervention (RJI) has been filed. At the Preliminary Conference, the Court will set specific dates for completion of various items of discovery, the date by which all disclosure must be completed and a date for a Compliance Conference. A written Preliminary Conference Order will not be issued.
