SCHWARTZ-010 Individual Part Rules of Hon. Larry J. Schwartz, Justice of the Supreme Court, Ninth Judicial District 154 NY-SC-9JD-SCHWARTZ MATRIMONIAL Contested Matrimonial Actions Counsel must be familiar with 22 NYCRR §202.16. Prior to the Preliminary Conference, the parties must file and exchange Net Worth Statements, pay stubs, W-2 statements, tax returns, and statements of accounts. All motions including cross motions in matrimonial actions must be made by Order to Show Cause. Both parties and counsel must appear on the return date of any motion brought, unless otherwise directed by the Court.
