COLLINS-011 Individual Part Rules of Hon. John P. Collins, Jr., J.S.C., Rockland County Supreme Court 151 NY-SC-9JD-COLLINS IX Trial Practice Rules Upon pre-assignment of the trial to the Court, this Court will conduct a pre-trial conference with all counsel. Trial notebooks are due not less than five (5) business days prior to the commencement of any trial.
