Egitto 144 NY-SC-9JD-EGITTO TRIALS Trial Procedures In all matrimonial actions in which a trial has been scheduled, no later than two (2) weeks prior to the trial, the Court is to be provided with: statements of proposed disposition as required by NYCRR 202.16(h); updated Net Worth Statements; and any forensic reports, appraisals or evaluations.
