EVERETT-008 Individual Part Rules – Hon. David F. Everett, J.S.C. 129 NY-SC-9JD-EVERETT III.B Discovery Schedule Compliance conferences shall be conducted by the Principal Court Attorney, who shall monitor the progress of discovery.
