Suitable actions include: determinations under environmental laws (SEQRA, ECL, Urban Renewal Law, Eminent Domain, Historic Preservation, Coastal Erosion); determinations by local legislative bodies, planning boards, wetland boards (zoning, subdivision, site plan, excavation permits); determinations of local zoning boards of appeals; regulatory takings and constitutional claims; NYC Watershed Rules matters; and hazardous/toxic substance remediation and civil enforcement.
