No party or attorney may record any virtual court proceeding including, without limitation, video, audio, photographs and/or screenshots. No individual may be physically present in the same room as a party or witness, except for counsel. No party or witness may communicate with anyone in any manner while under oath during a virtual court proceeding. A witness and counsel must be visible on screen, while under oath during a virtual court proceeding.
