Maritza Fugaro, J.F.C., Westchester County Family Court, Part 5 156 NY-FC-9JD-FUGARO ADJOURNMENTS Adjournments All adjournment requests shall be made by email to chambers at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appearance, with a copy filed with the Clerk's Office. All adjournments must be approved by the Court, even where all parties and counsel have consented. An adjournment without the consent of the counsel and/or parties will only be granted if there is an affidavit of actual engagement in full compliance with 22 NYCRR §125.1.
