The Ninth Judicial District has developed a District-wide Presumptive Mediation Program. In lieu of an appearance, the parties may confer and submit a fully executed preliminary conference stipulation to be so-ordered. The form stipulation must be uploaded at least three (3) business days before the scheduled preliminary conference. Absent a specific order to the contrary, all motions shall be submitted without oral argument. There will be no appearances on the return date of any motion unless this Court so directs.
