Spofford, Jr. 114 NY-SC-9JD-SPOFFORD FAMILY-COURT-ORDERS Family Court Orders and Forensic Evaluations Orders submitted per 22 NYCRR §202.48 with Notice of Settlement or signed consent. Counter-orders require red-lined copy. Proposed orders must include So-Ordered signature line. Forensic evaluation requests must include reasons, issues, payment arrangements, and names of proposed evaluators. Requests for custody/visitation evaluations must be made no later than 60 days before fact-finding hearing.
