Counter-orders require red-lined copy. Proposed orders must include So-Ordered signature line. Forensic evaluation requests must include reasons, issues, payment arrangements, and names of proposed evaluators. Requests for custody/visitation evaluations must be made no later than 60 days before fact-finding hearing.
