Motions generally brought by Notice of Motion; OSC only for genuine emergencies. Adjournments on consent by letter specifying proposed date (max 2 without Court approval). Adjournments without consent by letter with reason. All papers received by Court at least 24 hours before return date. Sur-replies not permitted without specific Court permission.
