CAPONE-004 Individual Part Rules – Hon. Gina C. Capone, Putnam County Supreme Court 141 NY-SC-9JD-CAPONE III.A Conference General Rules Counsel, including per diem covering counsel and pro se litigants, must appear on time, be fully familiar with the action(s) on which they appear, be authorized and prepared to discuss all factual and legal issues presented by the litigation and settlement demands or offers, and be authorized to enter into any agreement on behalf of their client. In matrimonial actions, attorneys are to appear with their clients for all conferences unless appearances are dispensed with by the Court.
