Gomez (Bronx, 12th JD) 183 NY-COMDIV-GOMEZ II.D Settlement Conference and Pre-Trial Conference The parties shall request a settlement conference with the Court prior to filing a note of issue. If the parties fail to make such a request, the Court will schedule one. Counsel attending the Settlement Conference must be fully familiar with the action and authorized to discuss all factual and legal issues and settlement demands or offers. The Court may meet with counsel separately during discussions.
